AURAXIO DISCLAIMER
Effective Date: [LAUNCH DATE]
NOT LEGAL ADVICE
Auraxio is a technology platform. It is not a law firm, and it is not a licensed real estate broker or attorney. Nothing on the Auraxio platform — including agreement templates, compliance alerts, state law summaries, help content, or any communication from Auraxio — constitutes legal advice.
Use of Auraxio does not create an attorney-client relationship. It does not create a broker-agent relationship. It does not create any professional relationship between you and Auraxio beyond that of a software subscriber and service provider.
AGREEMENT TEMPLATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE LEGALLY SUFFICIENT
The buyer representation agreement templates generated by Auraxio are based on:
- Publicly available state statutes (Texas Real Estate License Act / SB 1968, California Civil Code § 1670.50 / AB 2992, Florida Statute Chapter 475)
- Publicly available guidance from TREC, California DRE, and Florida FREC
- NAR settlement requirements effective August 17, 2024
- Auraxio's interpretation of these requirements as of the date of generation
Auraxio makes reasonable, good-faith efforts to keep its templates current and legally compliant. However:
Laws change. Regulations are amended. Court decisions reinterpret statutes. Licensing board guidance evolves. An agreement that is compliant today may not be compliant tomorrow. Auraxio cannot guarantee that any agreement generated on any given date reflects the most current legal requirements in all circumstances.
Every real estate transaction is unique. Template agreements cannot account for every possible circumstance. Factors specific to your transaction — your brokerage's policies, a buyer's unusual circumstances, a particular property's legal status, local ordinances, or other factors — may require modifications to a template agreement that Auraxio cannot anticipate or generate.
Auraxio is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability for:
- Regulatory fines or penalties assessed by TREC, California DRE, Florida DBPR, or any other licensing or regulatory authority
- Commission disputes with buyers, sellers, or other brokers
- License suspension or revocation
- Civil liability arising from agreements generated through Auraxio
- Any financial loss of any kind arising from the use or non-use of agreements generated through Auraxio
YOUR OBLIGATIONS AS AN AGENT
Using Auraxio does not relieve you of your professional obligations. You remain solely responsible for:
Knowing the law. As a licensed real estate agent, you are required by your state licensing board to understand and comply with all applicable laws governing buyer representation. Auraxio is a tool to help you comply — it is not a substitute for your own legal knowledge and professional judgment.
Following your brokerage's policies. Your sponsoring broker may have specific policies regarding the form, content, and use of buyer representation agreements. These policies may be more restrictive than applicable state law. You must follow your broker's policies. Auraxio is not responsible for any conflict between a generated agreement and your brokerage's requirements.
Verifying every agreement before sending. You must review the content of every agreement Auraxio generates before sending it to a buyer. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (buyer name, phone number, compensation rate, term dates, etc.) and for the suitability of the agreement type you select.
Consulting an attorney when in doubt. If you have any question about whether an agreement is appropriate for a specific transaction, consult a licensed real estate attorney. Auraxio support staff cannot provide legal advice.

TECHNOLOGY LIMITATIONS
Auraxio's agreement generation is powered by AI. While we instruct the AI with precise legal requirements and verify outputs against known legal standards, AI-generated text may occasionally contain errors, inconsistencies, or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing all generated text before use.
SMS delivery depends on Twilio's infrastructure and is subject to carrier limitations. Auraxio cannot guarantee that every SMS will be delivered to every phone number. If SMS delivery fails, Auraxio provides a manual link that you can send by other means. A failed SMS does not excuse the requirement to have a signed agreement before a showing.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Auraxio integrates with third-party services (Twilio, Anthropic, Supabase, Resend, PostHog, Sentry, Dodo Payments, Vercel). Auraxio is not responsible for the performance, availability, accuracy, or conduct of these services. Each third-party service operates under its own terms and privacy policy.
NO RELIANCE
You should not rely solely on Auraxio for compliance with your professional obligations. Use Auraxio as one component of a comprehensive compliance practice that includes:
- Staying current on state law changes through your licensing board and state Realtor association
- Following your brokerage's compliance procedures
- Maintaining professional liability (E&O) insurance
- Consulting a licensed real estate attorney for complex or unusual situations
LIMITATION OF AURAXIO'S ROLE
Auraxio's role is limited to:
- Generating agreement text based on your inputs and publicly available legal standards
- Delivering that text to a buyer via SMS
- Providing a signing interface
- Storing the signed document
Everything outside of that — your professional conduct, your compliance with state law, your relationship with your broker, your communication with buyers, the content of your negotiations, the outcome of any transaction — is entirely your responsibility.
